21Stacker Partner Programme – Terms & Conditions

These Partner Terms & Conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”) govern participation in the 21Stacker Partner Programme (“Programme”), operated globally by Emerge21 Ltd T/A 21Stacker (“21Stacker”, “we”, “our”, “us”), a company registered in Northern Ireland.

By registering as a Partner or participating in the Programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must not participate.
1. Definitions
Partner — An approved individual or entity authorised to promote 21Stacker using Partner links or referral codes.
Referred User — A user who visits 21Stacker via a Partner link or code and creates an account or completes a qualifying purchase.
Qualifying Purchase — A valid, non-refunded purchase of competition entries made using Bitcoin (Lightning or on-chain), excluding AMOE entries.
Commission — Bitcoin (sats) paid to the Partner for Qualifying Purchases.
Entry Credit — A fixed amount of Bitcoin (2100 sats) issued by 21Stacker solely for the purpose of entering a 21Stacker competition.
Sats — Satoshis, the smallest unit of Bitcoin (0.00000001 BTC).
Tracking Cookie — A cookie or identifier used to attribute referrals.
Prohibited Region — Any jurisdiction where 21Stacker does not accept entrants (as listed in the main 21Stacker Terms).
2. Eligibility
2.1 Requirements
To join the Programme, you must:
be at least 18 years old;
hold a valid 21Stacker account;
provide accurate registration, contact, and wallet details;
comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction;
agree to these Terms in full.
2.2 Approval
Acceptance into the Programme is at the sole discretion of 21Stacker.
We reserve the right to refuse or revoke Partner status without explanation.
2.3 Prohibited Regions
Partners must not reside in, operate from, or target users in:
New York, Florida, Rhode Island
OFAC-sanctioned countries
UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, China, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand
Any country where prize competitions are restricted or unlawful
Any Prohibited Region listed in the main 21Stacker Terms
Promotion into Prohibited Regions may result in immediate removal from the Programme.
3. Partner Responsibilities
3.1 Advertising & Disclosure Compliance
Partners must comply with all applicable advertising and disclosure laws, including:
UK CAP Code & ASA rules
U.S. FTC Endorsement Guidelines
EU Consumer Protection Directives
Platform-specific advertising policies
Required disclosures include:
“This is a partner link — I may earn a commission.”
“#partner #ad #sponsored”
Disclosures must be clear, prominent, and placed before the link on every promotional communication.
3.2 Ethical Promotion
Partners must not:
make false or misleading claims;
imply gambling, betting, or lottery mechanics;
misrepresent odds or chances of winning;
promise profits, income, or financial returns;
present Bitcoin or prizes as investments;
pressure users to participate;
impersonate 21Stacker or imply official representation.
3.3 Prohibited Marketing Methods
The following are strictly prohibited:
spam (email, SMS, DMs, comments);
incentivised sign-ups or clicks;
paid traffic without written approval;
cookie stuffing or forced redirects;
fake accounts, reviews, or automation;
bidding on “21Stacker” or confusingly similar keywords;
AI-driven mass messaging that violates platform rules.
4. Tracking & Attribution
4.1 Tracking Methods
We use cookies, referral codes, first-party identifiers, and device/browser metadata.
Attribution is last-click unless stated otherwise.
4.2 Cookie Duration
Standard cookie duration is 30 days, unless otherwise shown in the Partner Dashboard.
4.3 Tracking Limitations
Tracking may be affected by VPNs, private browsing, ad blockers, or cookie deletion.
21Stacker is not liable for lost or untracked referrals.
5. Commission Structure
5.1 Rates
Commission rates (including any lifetime commission structures) are displayed in the Partner Dashboard and may vary by agreement.
5.2 No Commission Is Earned On:
self-referrals;
AMOE (free postal) entries;
refunded or voided purchases;
fraudulent or duplicate activity;
purchases from Prohibited Regions.
6. Free First Entry Credit (Partner Onboarding Offer)
6.1 Offer Description
A free first entry credit of 2100 sats may be issued to the first 500 approved Partner sign-ups, subject to availability.
This credit is issued solely to allow the Partner to experience a 21Stacker entry and does not constitute payment, commission, or consideration.
6.2 Strict Limitations
The free entry credit is subject to all of the following conditions:
one (1) entry credit per Partner;
limited to one per unique email address;
limited to one per unique Lightning address;
limited to one per individual, device, and household where identifiable;
multiple Lightning addresses associated with the same email are not permitted;
credits are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-withdrawable.
6.3 Anti-Abuse & Verification
21Stacker may use fraud-prevention measures including:
email verification;
Lightning address validation;
IP and device fingerprinting;
behavioural and pattern analysis.
Any attempt to obtain multiple credits through duplicate accounts, aliases, VPNs, or other circumvention methods will result in disqualification and removal from the Programme.
6.4 No Financial Service
The free entry credit:
is not a sale of Bitcoin;
is not a conversion service;
is not redeemable for cash or fiat value;
exists solely for participation in a 21Stacker competition.
7. Payouts
7.1 Currency
All Partner commissions are paid in Bitcoin (sats) via Lightning Network or on-chain, at our discretion.
7.2 Conditions
Commissions are payable only after:
the competition has closed;
the winner has passed verification;
the prize has been successfully delivered;
no fraud or AMOE audits are pending.
7.3 Wallet Responsibility
Partners are responsible for providing a valid, compatible wallet.
Bitcoin transactions are irreversible.
8. Fraud, Abuse & Termination
Any breach of these Terms may result in:
forfeiture of commissions;
suspension or termination of Partner status;
reversal of previously paid commissions;
permanent exclusion from all 21Stacker programmes.
9. Use of Brand Assets
Partners may use only approved assets provided by 21Stacker.
You may not alter branding, create impersonation accounts, or register confusingly similar domains.
10. Limitation of Liability
21Stacker’s maximum liability is limited to unpaid commissions earned within the preceding 12 months.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
11. Changes to the Programme
21Stacker may modify these Terms, commission rates, or Programme structure at any time.
Continued participation constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Northern Ireland.
All disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Northern Ireland.
